We provide virtual support and may help identify, arrange, or coordinate work through independent partners or vendors (“end partners”). We are not a medical, nursing, emergency-response, or clinical-care provider.

The end partner is a separate business and is responsible for how it performs its work, its personnel, equipment, safety practices, and any licenses, insurance, or permissions applicable to its work.
As between the client and the end partner, the end partner is responsible for the fulfillment or non-fulfillment of the service it undertakes and for any damage, accident, injury, loss, or other incident arising directly from that partner's work or conduct. Tranquille Springs is not the provider or guarantor of the partner's work. This allocation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including responsibility for Tranquille Springs' own acts or omissions where the law does not permit that exclusion.
We can help communicate or coordinate a concern you raise, but we do not promise a particular outcome, remedy, provider availability, or completion time unless specifically confirmed in a written arrangement. Partner terms may separately govern the service they provide.
Urgent or safety-related needs: This is a virtual concierge service, not an emergency service. For an immediate danger, accident, or medical emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service directly.
Fees, cancellations, and third-party terms
Any fees, payment arrangements, cancellation terms, or refund terms will be provided for the particular request before it is confirmed. A partner may have separate terms that apply to its work. No rates, cancellation window, or refund promise is created by these general website terms.
